What this app is
Dugnadsliste is a planning tool for the person who organises a Norwegian housing co-op's dugnad — the communal work day when residents clean stairwells, tidy the courtyard and clear the bike shed. It is built to run from one organiser's phone. It does not message, invite or identify residents to anyone, and it does not connect to a backend of ours.
Data we collect
None We — the developer — do not collect, receive, transmit or have access to any information from this app. There is no server that the app talks to, no account to create, no analytics software development kit and no advertising identifier of any kind.
Data stored on your device
The app saves the information you enter so that your dugnad plan is there the next time you open it. All of it stays inside the app's own local storage on your device:

None of this is readable by us, by other apps, or by anyone else. It is removed automatically if you delete the app.
Camera and photo library
The app asks for camera access and photo library access so you can attach a before photo and an after photo to each courtyard zone (lawn, sandbox, bike shed, and so on) as part of the day's report. Photos you take or pick are saved only inside the app; the app never uploads them anywhere on its own. You choose photos through Apple's standard picker, so the app only ever sees the images you explicitly select.
Notifications
If you turn on a reminder (the evening before the dugnad, at the start time, or a nudge to take the after photos), the app asks for permission and schedules a local notification on your device. These notifications are generated and delivered entirely on-device; no notification content is sent to any server.
Sharing a report
When you choose to share a report — as text for the notice board or as a PDF for the newsletter — the app hands that file to the system share sheet. What happens after that (printing it, sending it by email or messaging app, saving it to Files) is entirely up to you and the app or service you pick. We never see it.
Tracking
None This app does not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and it contains no third-party advertising or analytics libraries.
Children's privacy
Dugnadsliste is a tool for an adult organiser and is not directed at children. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone, of any age, because it does not collect information at all.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes — for example if a future version adds an optional feature that does collect data — this page will be updated and the in-app privacy screen (Settings → Privacy) will describe the change. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
